Updating new Examples to the README.rst file

When testing the software and using the examples given, I thought that there could be more examples to provide users with more of a selection when looking to understand how to use Sportsipy better.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Simply just having more examples to help provide users who are trying to understand how to use the software is something that I feel would improve the experience for users.
