Billing Robopod - Getting a user’s Apple and/or Google ID

With the Robopod Billing plugin, should there be a means to get a user’s AppleID and/or Google Play Store ID when a purchase is made or when purchases are restored to a device for an account? This is due to the need to keep track of what users have purchased and used (for consumable purchases). Does the Billing plugin already gather this information from the device prior to purchasing or restoring and, if so, how can we get access to that information?

This would also be useful for the case of when multiple accounts are configured on a device and different accounts will be used for different purchases/restores.
