What is the vendor's pricing site?
No public pricing information for self-hosted ("enterprise", "server pro") versions. They mention that central authentication (LDAP, SAML) is only available in the payed plan while the AGPL-Version can otherwise be used without cost.

Are there any caveats we should list in the footnotes?
This is not to be confused with their hosted offering that also supports SAML-authentication for instititutional accounts. Their the pricing page shows, that the plan that includes SSO is ~twice as expensive than the one without it.
