I'm working on a React SPA that was recently bumped to React 18. However, the root is still rendered the old way with ReactDOM.render() because from what I understand the new way is incompatible with RJSF 4, which we are currently using.
We've been looking to upgrade to RJSF 5, as well as using the new way of rendering React root, but from reading the Upgrade guide, it seems React 18 is not supported with v5 either. Is this on the horizon? If not, we might want to upgrade RJSF while keeping the old React root?! Anyone have any experiences, suggestions or pros/cons here?
