Setup networking on Nova07-9

Using the ops-ansible deploy networking to Nova09

ops-ansible
Ask for access for gitlab if you do not have access

This can be done in stages, as such Nova09 is not blocking

Depends on

Tasks

  • Pull down the updated ops ansible on mgt01
  • Run the ansible
  • Confirm that the new networking works
