Write OpenStack Guide

A guide should be written for club members explaining how to use our OpenStack infrastructure. Here is a rough outline for the guide:

• How to get an account
• Logging in
• Creating an instance
• Accessing your instance
• Hosting services publicly
• Using the API

This guide should be a blog-style process document that could be adapted to a video, talk, or other media later on.
