License Agreement for Open Source Plugin
This license agreement flizkConsole is between the author of the software richieFlicker and any person or entity using the software.
Grant of License Author hereby grants to User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software in source code form, and to use the software for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.
Ownership The software is owned by the Author and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Author retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.
Attribution User agrees to give credit to the Author for any use or distribution of the software. User must prominently display the following attribution notice in all copies of the software:
"Copyright (c) 2023 richieFlicker. All rights reserved. Used under license."
Warranty and Liability Disclaimer The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Author shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
Termination This Agreement will terminate immediately if User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must immediately cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the software in its possession.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Author resides, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. User hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of such jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
By using, copying, modifying, or distributing the software, User acknowledges that User has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
