Improve the NugRunning Settings

• Make a GUI to easily create/edit groups/anchors.

• Separate the 'General' customizable options (texture, size, font, grow direction, etc) by spell/group instead of all having the same settings.

• Add option to select vertical bars instead of horizontal.

• Add option to select the bar expiration direction (from right to left or from left to right).

• Add option to select where the spell icon is displayed at the bar (left, right, both sides, or none).

• Add option to select the text (font) position on the bars (left, right, center).

• Add option to chose the spacing between bars.
