toggle3d not working , can't change presets #17

3D mode settings are disabled and when I try to use /ncb toggle3d isn't working, I want to change the default preset to electric blue

ya because its hard coded to be disabled atm it seems https://github.com/rgd87/NugComboBar/blob/master/Options/NugComboBarGUI.lua#L572-L576C40
