feature request: Design cleanup for selected server visuals

What do you want to see?

This is super minor, but the current design implementation for the Revolt desktop app (and perhaps other instances) leaves a small sharp corner between the slope-like visual of the selected server and the active server's sidebar. Here's an example with the corners marked:

I'm not a designer, but it would be nice if the endpoints of those curves could finish flush with surface they're converging to. Would make the UI look a lot more polished!
