feature request: Spellchecker disable button

What do you want to see?

You know, like discord, right click on the text bubble on the bottom of the screen to disable it. Electron has it's own spellchecker and it can't be disabled since it isn't actually implemented on Revolt, it's a web/electron thing built in it.

The current client (revite) is in maintenance mode, and it's likely we'll probably replace Electron with Tauri in the process of releasing the new client which I assume will directly impact this.
