Gradio-Rerun sometimes takes >40 seconds to load at times on HF Spaces

Describe the bug

When loading a huggingface space that uses the gradio-rerun component sometimes can take between 20-40 seconds to load. I've attached an example video

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Instant Splat HF example here https://huggingface.co/spaces/pablovela5620/instant-splat

Expected behavior

Space should load faster, I don't know what the slowest it should be, but 20-40+ seconds feels like too long

• OS: Linux ZeroGPU space from HF

Updated a previous huggingface space that uses 0.19 and the decorator and this space now seems to load much more slowly. Here is the space I updated
