Add agwaste emissions from MAgPIE to the coupling

MAgPIE now reports crop residue burning emissions again. Adding these to REMIND-MAgPIE in the coupling should just be a matter of reading them from the report into agwaste, which is already used in REMIND standalone. The variable in MAgPIE is Emissions|CH4|Land|Biomass Burning|+|Burning of Crop Residues.

I can do this, this issue is here just so @dklein-pik can take a look and be sure if it's intended.

This is still open. Will be tackled together with a long planned but not yet started rework of the laduse air pollutant emissions together with @gabriel-abrahao and @merfort. Envisaged for fall 2024.
