As part of the austerity measures that RChain Cooperative is taking in order to improve our financial situation there will be a hold on all non-dev Bounty System work starting on November 1st, 2018. Any non-dev bounty work will not be approved until further notification.

yes code bugs are bounties that will be paid. That is very much core to the effort
