Strange behavior with DrawRectangleLines

Title says the question.
When I move a DrawRectangleLines() down with a physics library (by physics i don't mean physac i used chipmunk specifically), this happens

This happens with other draw functions but it's the most visible with DrawRectangleLines

If anyone else has this and sees this here's how I fixed it:
don't use a for loop inside a while loop for drawing stuff
