chapter 5: cv_model <- ml_fit(cv, okc_train) can not work under spark version 2.3 #104

I used the code the book offered which claimed that all code can be run on saprk version 2.3,
however, the Error below appreared.

And when I used another version (spark 3.0.0) for example, I cannot read my data.
Did anyone encouter this issue before?
