Two words as one value in word_arabic table #41

Hello I noticed that بَعْدَمَا is treated as 1 word in the word_arabic table (word_arabic_id: 1654), but QA glyphs have them separate as can be seen here (page 27, last line, first two words)

Similarly:
Similar issue with page 177, line 9. QA link

Also Page 254, line 6, last word QA link, but here it is considered as just one word

How can I fix this?
