Images Helper [TOOL]

I am working on a web tool which will allow debugging issues such as this.
The tool is at its infancy and I am requesting for suggestions here.

it gives me an idea that we can actually make more uniform lines since, like your web tool shows, many of the words are different heights.

By any chance, are we hosting the images of different resolutions on a server somewhere without zipping, so that it can be used directly in web, unlike in https://android.quran.com/data/images_`RESOLUTION`.zip

I am asking because, I don't think I can store so much data in a free Heroku account. I have already implemented highlighting for a particular ayah for images_1024, but I am not sure how to proceed further for different resolutions
