getting invalid credentials error, how do I troubleshoot this?

Hi received same error its seems the URL is not formed correctly the services directory is missing in the URL.
It should read https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth/authorize if you add this to the URL it works not sure why it doesn't read it correctly from the definition in the forcedotcom.rb file even though it is defined correctly?
