Long, long ago, it was a design goal to make quicksilver into a platform, so Notional built out sdk 46 support for CosmWasm.

We can no longer use that code, but should instead look to rapidly implement:

SDK 47 or 50
- We prefer 50 of course, but probably this will look like
  - v2.0 = sdk 47
  - v3.0 = sdk 50
permissionless cosmwasm
- Build whatever, hopefully with stargate access to icq, so that contract authors can "query whatever, wherever"
faster block times
- Quicksilver's wide array of IBC integrations help it to function like a new kind of wallet. Fluidity would be improved by faster block times.
