[revealjs] Support Highlight.js plugin to highlight a specific part of a code line

Revealjs in Quarto does not use highlight.js. Pandoc Syntax highlighting is used instead, and the Highlight JS plugin for Revealjs is not loaded.

Possibly you can add the plugin yourself, but some feature will be lost (like code line numbering with highlights).

I'll make this as feature request to support other highlighting but this is not a priority as we build on Pandoc mainly

Note that line highlighting is supported in Quarto already, as we did it without highlight.js support.
