This issue tracks the progress of the Basic array Support/Routines that belongs to the Core Development see #25.

in the Core development we aim to implement the Basic array creation Functionalities:

• Pyccel cuda_ndarrays C stdlib #39
• Cuda Pyccel Internal library (Host memory) #34
• Cuda Pyccel Internal library (Device memory) #35
• Cuda Pyccel Internal library (Memory transfer) #36

and some of the array routines:

• cuda.full, cuda.ones, cuda.zeros ... #37
• cuda.arange #38
