Question
how do I install and upload python files on the spike robot inventor using usb and not Bluetooth
Context
I am trying to experiment with the pybrick but I do not have a Bluetooth adapter.

This is currently not supported. Pybricks is Bluetooth-only on Powered Up hubs. For more info, see some recent discussion starting here: #262 (comment).

EV3 does have USB support though.
