Not working for CS:GO #10

It seems that whenever it loads, it gives: Unknown error.

I have latest possible things, and the updated gamedata, but still get Unknown error.

Any ideas?

Error:
rcon_whitelist.smx (RCON Whitelist): Required extension "smrcon" file("smrcon.ext") not running

//Update: Seems it work, if adding: +rcon_whitelist_address on commandline
