[ISSUE]: When OPNPS2LD.elf is copied to the memory card of PS2. It does not run games

• I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

If OPNPS2LD.elf is copied to the flash memory and run through the flash, the games run. But when the OPNPS2LD.elf file is copied to the memory card ps2 and run through the memory card, the games do not run.
