[kube-prometheus-stack] Allow adding new fields to the KPS Prometheus podDisruptionBudget

Currently in the PDB template file for Prometheus inside the Kube Prometheus Stack there is no way to add new fields such as unhealthyPodEvictionPolicy to your own deployments PDB but it looks like it is possible inside the separate Prometheus charts PDB through here.

I would like the PDB for Prometheus inside the KPS to be more configurable like the separate Prometheus PDB.
