When trying to run the tests in Octave 3.6.4 on Fedora 20, I get an error caused by an invalid four dot "...." operation on line 52 of toolbox/Algorithms/optimization/emAlgo.m. Changing it to three dots (the multi-line operator) allows more of the test script to execute.
