리팩토링 내용

페이지와 리듀서를 분리하고, 리듀서 내부의 로직을 함수화하여 가독성을 높이도록 합니다.
예약 페이지에 Context API를 사용하여 props drilling을 없앱니다.
컴포넌트의 관심사를 고려하여 지역변수들을 필요한 곳에 위치하도록 합니다.
