📌 작업 내용

Query Key Factory를 생성하여 쿼리키를 중앙 집중화 하여 중복될 수 있는 쿼리키를 사전에 방지합니다. 추가로, 현재 구조화되어있지 않은 쿼리들을 구조화하고, query key factory를 사용하여 구조를 단순화합니다.
