🔨 Refactor 개요

기존에는 Spring Security가 APi 모듈에 있었는데, Api 모듈 같은경우 클라이언트의 요청을 받는 그런 기능들이? 묶여있는 곳이라 생각을 했고, 여기 Spring Security가 포함되어 있는것은 뭔가 아닌거 같다는 생각 ( Spring Security같은 경우 보안을 중점적으로 다루기 떄문 )

그리하여 Spring Security는 모듈로 분리
