#Carrot Cake

##Ingredients

###Basic Cake Mix

• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/3 cup flour
• 1 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 1/3 tsp Baking Soda

###Carrot Cake specifics

• 2 cups of grated carrots
• 2 tsp cinnamon

###Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425F, grease a standard bundt pan
2. Mix the basic cake recipe together and then fold carrots into the batter.
3. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, checking after 20 minutes. Remove from oven when a skewer inserted in centre of cake comes out clean.
4. Allow to cool.
