Messages print in prompt instead of notebook

I ran premise 1.7.0 using an adapted version of the "examples.ipynb". When creating the new database ndb it prints all messages to the output cell of the notebook, until it reaches the extraction of the individual categories. In previous versions it would print ////////////////// MEDIUM AND HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS //////////////////// and then continue to print that it is extracting the worksheet and applying strategies etc. For premise 1.7.0, it skips printing the line with the forward slashes and continues to print the subsequent messages in the conda prompt instead of the output cell of the notebook. Having these messages printed in the notebook would be preferred so that the notebook with all its outputs can easily be stored and reviewed.
