Subscribe button: List of apps is outdated for self-hosted version

Expected behavior

When I use the CDN for the subscribe button, an up-to-date list of apps is displayed. I'd like to get the same list with the self-hosted version.

Actual behavior

With the self-hosted version, the widget displays iTunes (instead of Apple podcasts) in MacOS. Podgrasp is also displayed, although development was discontinued six years ago.

We use Podlove Publisher versions 4.1.12 and 4.1.15 with Wordpress 6.6.2.
