There are numerous reports of long wait times for Launch-Chrome-Plex.ps1. If the Default profile is large, this can cause 30 second+ delays for copying over the profile data. Add a flag to the script to prevent copying the Default profile (default false).

Add BlankProfile switch to Launch-Chrome-Plex.ps1

Setting the non-default switch BlankProfile will prevent
the script from using the Default profile associated with
Chrome, causing the app to start almost immediately.
