FMUv4: Add weak pulldown (1M) on analog RSSI line #63

@nickarsov The analog RSSI line should have a weak pulldown. The signal currently idles at 1.5 volt, which is not good. I might be able to do this with an internal pulldown, but I need to check if that's ok / available for the ADC configuration.

I just want to make sure, it is a trivial change but it deviates from the FMUv1 (PixHawk) standard circuit design.
