ActivityPub doesn't seem to be working

OS: Ubuntu Server 22.04
App version: v0.11.9

1. I deployed a new server at https://cyber.cafe/ and then i set my profile to private (but this wasn't working when it was public either). ActivityPub support had already been enabled since modifying my .env during setup

2. I attempted to follow myself from disobey.net, a v4.1.6 Mastodon server

3. I attempted to follow myself from nautical.social, a v4.2.0-beta2 Mastodon server

4. There's no notifications in Pixelfed at all from either attempts

5. Neither of the Mastodon servers reports the number of posts, there should be 840 after I imported my Instagram photos
