As a developer I want a reusable Web Component for ranking items so that I can easily embed Ranked Pairs polls in various other web sites. Ideally the component wouldn't need to have anything in it that is specific to Pivot's REST API; some other client-side code could handle the REST API calls and any mapping between the data models used by the server and the web component.
