Base64 decode problems #31

When i try to decode not valid base64 (for example, without tailing = or just invalid code) a have crash alert:

---------------------------
NppToolBucket.dll just crashed in
runPluginCommand(size_t i : 46)

Thanks for the report! Sounds like some poor error handling. I'll add a fix in for this.
