I use python3.8.11
pip21.2.2

python3 -m pip install dateutil

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement dateutil (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for dateutil

I use
conda install dateutil==2.1
but It degrades python to 2.7

It seems that python-dateutil has been installed when seaborn was installed
