Doesn't display card at all in Safari

When asking for any username in Safari, no card is shown at all.

Seems like I just can't get it to work in Firefox 30, either.

@mdznr Those browsers aren't supporting Web Components just yet (source: http://jonrimmer.github.io/are-we-componentized-yet/). Try enabling the required flags in Firefox or try Chrome Canary :)

These types of bugs (also #8) may be fixable with the polyfill's from the Polymer project.
