It'd be great to have a separate card for showing a Repo. I'm happy to take a stab at this sometime soonish...

We could add a repo attribute:

<github-card user="pazguille" repo="offline-first"></github-card>

or

<github-card repo="pazguille/offline-first"></github-card>

What do you think?
