Request: ETA for docs in this repo

Dear maintainers:

It would be helpful to current and prospective users of PartiQL to have an approximate sense of when they can expect some draft documents to be added to this repository. Please consider adding something to the root README to that effect.

If, alternatively, your intent for this repo is that docs will only be added as specific questions come in that are not already addressed in the existing tutorial, spec, or FAQ, then that would be helpful information to clarify in the root README.

@leoger Apologies for responding with such a delay. We're in the process of shifting the visibility of our internal documentations from internal to public. With this, we expect to get more traction to this repository in the next two months via working on issues like this and related PRs.
