What feature would you like?

Main contribution

Enhance the User Journey Map of Session by understanding the events that may occur in different situations and the solutions available at these opportunity points.

Possible solutions we propose

  1. Understandable Wording:
“Let’s keep things simple and easy to understand.”

  2. Account Settings / Backup Emergency Contacts:
“Make sure your account settings are correct and back up your emergency contacts, so that the relevant people can be informed in case of danger.”

  3. Add a one-click package feature:
“We should include a one-click packing feature, so that it’s easier to respond in case of an emergency.”

Anything else?

We also propose a few concerns based on the solutions that can be considered for future reflection.

Hi @bamboo0911 and @laurendesigner,

We do have an overhaul of the onboarding experience forthcoming available on the dev branch. Related PRs with screenshots: part 1 and part 2 which may alleviate your concerns.

@bamboo0911 am I correct in saying you've done a lot of work on this User Journey Map? Unfortunately it appears the uploaded image is too blurry to read. Could you upload a higher quality image if it would help us understand your issues?

We need more information about your problems and concerns with the app to possibly make any changes.
