Add the ability to run containers from an image view

As discussed in #542, it would be interesting to run a container directly from the images / image-detailss views.

Agree - i'm comparing portainer to the cockpit-docker use and this is pretty lacking.

I'll also add this;

Expose options in the docker (ports/variables/binds) should be inherited from the image dockerfile.

It's really odd that when you 'run new container' these details have to be remembered (screenshotted) from the image info display and added manually.
