Portainer BE supports purchasing Home & Student plan via Alipay or WeChat Pay?

• Not sure if I should post the issue here, but the portainer official website directs general questions to the github discussion area, and I currently don't need to use more than 3 Portainer BE Nodes in non-commercial scenarios.
• I watched https://www.portainer.io/homeandstudent-payment after using 3 Nodes Free and I noticed that Home & Student plan can only be paid by Credit/Debit Card. The embarrassment here is that in China, most families and students actually only use Wechat Pay or Alipay bound to some credit/debit cards to complete daily payments. Usually only companies use a large number of complicated credit/debit cards. In addition, Wechat Pay or Alipay also support the operation of automatic renewal services. The credit/debit card experience in China is worse than this type of payment software, and managing credit/debit card bills is a cumbersome task.
• It would be great if Portainer BE could support purchasing Home & Student plans via Alipay or WeChat Pay, which would make it easier for users in China to try purchasing them.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• I noticed that Portainer BE actually has OpenAI integration, although users need to manually provide OpenAI's API Key. OpenAI doesn't actually provide any services in China, so I'm not sure if this is possible to allow Portainer BE to use local models?
