Have you tried removing the provider and then restarting MA? |

It has been already removed. So, first I removed the player, later I removed the player provider. Just to start from scratch. |

I put log level to "debug", please look for Slimproto or cli_telnet_port': '9002' I hope you can see something... `2024-10-02 15:58:21.129 WARNING (MainThread) [asyncio] Executing <Task pending name='Task-119' coro=<MusicController._start_provider_sync..run_sync() running at /app/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/music_assistant/server/controllers/music.py:822> wait_for=<Future pending cb=[Task.task_wakeup()] created at /usr/local/lib/python3.12/asyncio/base_events.py:449> cb=[MusicAssistant.create_task..task_done_callback() at /app/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/music_assistant/server/server.py:342, MusicController._start_provider_sync..on_sync_task_done() at /app/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/music_assistant/server/controllers/music.py:837] created at /app/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/music_assistant/server/server.py:338> took 2.341 seconds The above exception was the direct cause of the following exception: Traceback (most recent call last): |

Slimproto is only mentioned in log as soon as I have tried to add the player provider. When just starting MA, nothing is mentioned about Slimproto... |

I was testing around with the Squeezebox Touch, as I have this type along with several Squeezebox Receivers and I'm still addicted to LMS. I got it working with some small issues, like Flac files 192 kHz/24 bits. So, I tried to set another CLI port. Instead of 9002 I was experimenting with 9090, 9001 and 9000. But none of them did what I want. Then I removed the player provider Slimproto and tried to add it again. I'm not able to continue with the original settings, like CLI port 9002, JSON port 9000 and Slimproto port 3483.
It says:
I'm not able to re-add it somehow. I've tried to do my best...
The reason I was actually experimenting was the fact that I have many Flac files based on HiRes, so 192 kHz/24 bits and LMS can handle to play this, only on a Squeezebox Touch. As I have an external DAC I saw Music Assistant allows me to broadcast the HiRes file as my DAC switches to 192 kHz/24 bits, however it's playing with pieces. I mean, it's playing a few seconds the HiRes and then it skips some music and continues. So, it's fragmented but it continuously plays. It looks like the MA is not ready for HiRes or am I wrong? Of course I set at my player settings in MA the possibility to allow music at this hi resolution, so ticked all the boxes including 192 kHz/24 bits.
Is there someone who can help me to resolve the first issue? Then I would like to go to the next... thanks.
