Location: U.I | API | Worker (TbC)

Problem

Worker downtime is wrong, looks like it is converted twice to local time.

On screenshot below, it say 3hours ago, 7:49 GMT+2 while it is down since 9:49 GMT+2, 1 hour ago, or 7:49 UTC.
