Role ideas

Registration (running the front desk)
Coaches (dev / data / project related questions from teams)
Set up/Facilities (generally being available for moving things around, etc)
Floaters (OK with anything) - Helping people find teams / ideas / etc, just generally making sure all participants have something to do.

Also will need to know

Name
Email address
Phone Number
Age (or at least if > 18? )
Days/Times Available
Experience if coaching?
