Bug Report

Problematic Behavior
Currently, if an user has attestation of achievement and certificates and the attestation of achievement has several pages, if the user go to a page then try to go back to certificate view, the view is not updated.

Expected behavior/code
The user should be able to switch between certificate and attestation of achievement tab without bug.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a learner certificate page with paginated attestation of achievement
2. Click on Attestation of achievement tab
3. Go to the 2nd page of attestation
4. Click to Certificate tab
5. Then boom, the view is not updated
