As a steering council, we have identified that we see people asking for help about similar things, as well as common misunderstandings.

To complete this card, we should

Document common challenges people are having by reviewing slack, email, and stack exchange
For each challenge, document the cause
For each cause, write a plan to address it
Implement fixes and monitor communication channels (or seek direct feedback from those raising the challenge)
